The easiest way to retrieve your password is to locate the email you received when opening your account. In case you are unable to find that email you can easily reset your password. This is done by logging into your profile area. From there click on the “account” tab and choose the account you would like to log into. On the right hand side you will see a link labelled “change password” this will allow you to change your MT4 password. Now you are able to enter a new password.
Not all currencies are displayed in the Market Watch window
First of all, you need to enable all currency pairs in the window “Market Watch”. To do that you have to right-click on any currency pair and select “Show All”. If the pair you are looking for is still missing, please contact us.

If you receive this error message, it will mean that the username and/or password you have entered into the login box are incorrect. This can also be caused by the wrong server type.
MetaTrader 4 charts
By default charts in the MT4 terminal shown only the Bid prices. However, for the opening of long positions and closing of short positions, the Ask price is used. For your convenience, MT4 allows customers to show an “ASK” line. This line will appear above the price of the current bar. The ASK line can be enabled by bringing up the MT4 chart properties and choosing, “Show ask line”. Please note that due to the internal architecture of the MT4 trading platform, prices on charts may differ from those available in the Market Watch window. This will happen if a client opens certain account types through referral links. We, as an STP broker, have to include some markup in the prices quoted to cover our expenses.
